DIVERSITY IS OUR STRENGTH

A SustainAble Production (ASAP) is a woman-owned small business enterprise committed to having a Team that is as diverse as our Clients. We believe that varied backgrounds and perspectives are important for continued innovation, collaboration and leadership.

The ASAP Team is committed to Equity, Integrity, Leadership, lasting Relationships, creating Solutions, Holistic approaches, and Transforming the people and planet through Innovating the places where we live, work, learn and play. The ASAP Team is passionate about the work we do and we treat our Clients the way we would want to be treated if we were in their shoes. We often go above and beyond for our Clients, because extraordinary customer service is a core value for ASAP.

WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER

We work hard for our Clients, but we also like to have fun while we work. We work smarter, not harder, so we can make work fun for our Team, our Partners and our Clients. We believe that you should enjoy what you do and who you do it with. The ASAP Team looks forward to our annual conference travels, company retreats and bonding events. Adapting to 2020, the Team has enjoyed virtual Happy Hours and social events via video conferencing. We look forward to being able to have in person retreats and attend events and conferences together again in the future.

ASAP supports our Team by providing a flexible work schedule that caters to each individual’s personal needs. ASAP has had Team members who are students enrolled in college full-time while simultaneously working full-time at ASAP Project Managing. Mothers who have worked for ASAP have been able to raise their families with the flexibility to work around their children’s schedules. We have seen Team members also need flexible schedules to care for their aging parents. In 2020, we have found that flexible schedules are even more important to reduce anxiety and provide time to address mental health and personal well-being.
